Story Forge Make your own Myth

Picture

Masterfully combining improvisation, audience participation and comedic storytelling to create a unique theatrical event
★★★★★ - The Reviews Hub

You would be mad to Myth it!

Who is the God of roundabouts? How did the microwave get its ping? What is Yorkshire, and how did it come to be? Senior academics of mythology (not really) Professor Doctor Lee Hithersay and Doctor Professor Robert Bond will guide you on a journey through your imagination.

You, the audience, will create your own legends and even have the chance to get on stage and help tell them. Will it be Greek? Can it be Viking? Should it be ancient Mesopotamian? We don’t know! That’s up to you. You’re the boss. We just work here.

The combined theatrical forces of Silly History Boys, Wing It Impro, and Rubbish Shakespeare Company bring you a hilarious hour of imagination, adventure and live music, where audience participation is utterly and completely - mandatory.

‘Horrible Histories on steroids’

Quotes on work:

'a quest of mythical proportions, with both cast (and of course beautiful music from Dan) using what we intrepid audience members and I have to say, it was brilliant. Hilarious throughout, not only for the kids who were entranced, but also the adults were laughing in a way that is rare for kids’shows'
