Research - How many active improvisors are there in the U.K?

As with all things this started with a simple question. I went on to the various socials and posed the question, but no one could provide an answer. This piqued my interest and so I have set up a simple form to see how many people are improvising, where they are improvising and how frequently. This a simple snap shot of the improvisation community - it is not a demographic study. This is something that could be developed but would need consensus and input from the wider community. The form is open for 6 weeks and I will then disseminate the information either directly to those who have requested it or via this website.

Establishing exact numbers is virtually impossible, but perhaps in taking this first step we can start. Data and numbers has meaning and perhaps funders may respond differently if we could prove the depth and scope of what is taking place across the UK.

This link takes you through to the google form - it takes less than a minute to fill in. Please fill it in and share with your respective networks because together this has the potential to lift our art form. Active improvisors in the UK? (google.com)
